Sorted Dot is for adults (18+) organising their own life admin. Please don't use it to: - Break the law or help anyone else do so, including fraud, harassment or stalking. - Send reminders to, or about, people who haven't agreed to receive messages from you through Dot. - Spam or abuse the service, our team, or the SMS and call features (for example, automated or bulk messages). - Share harmful content, such as threats, hate, or sexual content involving minors. - Attack or overload the service, probe its security, scrape it, or try to get around trial, fair-use or plan limits (including creating repeat trials). - Treat Dot as a medical alert service. Sorted Dot is not a medical alert service. Don't rely on it for medication or other critical health needs.

If you break this policy, we may warn you, limit features, or suspend or close your account. Where it's serious, we may tell the relevant authorities. Report misuse to hello@sorteddot.co.uk.
